(Up to 4 athletes may train in the same time slot)

Online Training Program

$100 per month

Train anywhere with a customized program built specifically for you.

This option is ideal for athletes and adults who want professional programming but can’t train in person. You’ll receive structured workouts, progressions, and ongoing guidance.

Includes:

  • Personalized monthly training program
  • Exercise demo videos and instructions
  • Program updates based on progress
  • One-on-one onboarding call to set everything up and review your goals
