Coach Michael Graulich is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with distinction. He has been a coach and personal trainer for over 10 years. Through his experience he has worked with a vast range of athletes, from 9 years old to 89 years old. Coach Graulich attended the University of North Florida where he received two degrees; first in Business Management then in Exercise Science. He furthered his knowledge through the completion of an internship with the nationally renowned Rapid Sport Performance. Seeking to continue his pursuit of knowledge in the field, Coach Graulich then completed the 2020 Next-Gen virtual experience with the Arizona Diamondbacks. While participating in his virtual internship with the Diamondbacks, Coach Graulich developed and coached the Middleburg High School’s cross-country team through their first ever strength program. He then proceeded to become the graduate assistant strength coach at Oklahoma Christian University. Where he oversaw the strength programs for the Men’s and Women’s track and field teams, while obtaining his MBA in leadership. Coach Graulich then became the Director of Sports Performance at Oklahoma Christian University. During his time as Director of Sport Performance he handled all strength and condition for the University’s 13 NCAA teams as well as 1 club team while being adjunct professor for the university for strength and conditioning course. Currently Coach Graulich trains clients online and in person at the Barco Newton YMCA in Fleming Island, Florida.
