“When I was a kid I always looked up at the sky and saw navy planes flying overhead and though someday I am going to fly/work on those. So when I became a freshman in high school I started learning more about the military and asked the people around my neighborhood that were in the service about their experiences and I was dead set on joining. When I started working out to prepare myself for bootcamp I never had the motivation to get myself right. I would’t eat right and I would slack off in the gym. My stepmother was a member at the YMCA in my town and had told me about Michael and how he was a good trainer and help me get my PT scores right in order to pass bootcamp. “My name is Ryan Costello. I am 41 years old and a dad of 5 children. I had been doing the same workout for 7 years and had a lot of pains and aches in my lower back.
