This is probably one of my favorite moves for core mainly because it had a real focus on keeping the pelvis in neutral. 

With this movement we are looking to keep the low back pushed into the ground throughout the movement. If we lose the low back contact into the ground for more movement we have lost the neutral pelvis and the engagement of the core muscles we are looking to work. With this movement we want to focus on the movement so it should be slow and controlled.

This is one of my favorite mobility movements to help my shoulder when it's feeling crunchy. It's one that was taught to me by @carnivalstrength back when I had impingement in my left shoulder. Great way to help regain motion back in the shoulder joint when your not feeling great in the joint. It's not a fix all but did wonders for me in the past.

How you perform is take a knee on a wall with the knee closest to the wall up, grab the other leg with your arm away from the wall. Then you will use the free arm starting from the back to bring your hand closest to the wall in a big circle along the wall.
